Step 0: Pre-Processing Requirements

Get checklist of Requirements from OBO. Comply with all the listed pre-
requisite documents, such as but not limited to the following. Zoning
Locational Clearance, Fire Clearance, etc.

2. Get endorsement from OBO to DPWH (If along National Road).
