Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)

Thermal analysis differential scanning calorimeter (TA Instrument, DSC Q100) was
used to measure the melting temperature (Tm) to evaluate the crystallinity in polymer.

Samples of 4 to 5 mg were heated at rate of 10oC/min from -60 o to 100oC. The

crystallinity fraction of each sample was calculated based on an enthalpy of fusion
value of 139.5J/g for 100% crystalline PCL.
