I am writing to express my strong interest in being at high school graduate and

succeeding as I go. I am currently a student at Carson High School and will be graduating
in 2017 with a High School Diploma. Im very interested in going towards my future and
applying my creativity and focus to college and career.

I believe that my academic background and training has prepared me perfectly this.
While a student at Carson High School, I had the opportunity to learn a number of
valuable skills such as being a VCYC member, a volunteer club that has helped me
achieve service hours as well as being able to manage my time that will undoubtedly
contribute to my success in this role. Also, being a part of the swim team has made me
become more interactive and confident around people in awkward situations which has
helped me improvise when times get tough.

A big opportunity I am proud I took consideration in and achieved in was volunteering at

The Salvation Army which improved my technical skills by being in the front desk with
my supervisor. It also increased my communication and social skills by assisting
customers with different attitudes and dealing with them in a mannerly way.

I look forward to making an impact in my life by growing as a student and achieving my

goals. I look forward to discussing this great opportunity and receiving an experience that
