Offense:

Offense Line
Center =X: They begin every offensive play, They begin it by a snap
Guard: LG or RG, They are on either side of the center, Responsibilities are the
same as centers.
Tackle: RT LT, Outside of the guard, They can not catch a pass
Tight End: Will line up next to one of the tackles, They can catch a pass
Wide Receiver: they are lined up wide, Farthest position from the center, fastest
people on offense, Catch passes from QuarterBack

Offense backfield:
Quarterback: Lines up behind the center, receives the ball from the center,
Leader of the offence, Directs the offence, Throws (passes) the ball.
Full Back: Bigger and slower than the running back, usually do run with the ball,
it's like having an extra blocker,
Running Back: Runs on a running play, If pass blocking they are blocking the
quarterback,

Defense:
Defense Line:
Noser Guard/Tackle=N/NG/NT
Defensive Tackle
Defense End: to stop the run, Stop the pass, Sacking a QuarterBack

Linebackers:
Middle: Up to three of them, Strong and weak,
Outside: Up to two usually one

Defensive:
CornerBack: They have to be the fastest people.
