Its alleged that on 3 Apri 2010 and ator near Witrandjosfonisin Farm, Ralzegad, District Ventersdorp, the two aczused broke into the house of the deceased, Eugéne Ney ‘Tere'blanche, robbed him of his Noka call phone, murdered him and attempted to rob him of his wht, Opel Corsa motorvehicle. The state alleges that at all matcal times the ‘accused acted with a common purpose. The accused pleaded not guily to all the charges, ‘The tral was conducted in camera by reason thereot that accused 2 was @ minor. He has since attained the age of majority. The tial has attracted immense media interest, both localy and abroad by virue ofthe deceased's close connections with the Aftkaanse Weerstandsbeweging.
