The fight Al-852/23 Mar. 2017 from PNQ arrived in DEL at 0935/0940 Hrs and itwas supposed to operate to GOI the amival of the flight the step ladder was connected and the incoming passengers disembarked, We later cam passenger seated in seat 1F was refusing to get down from the flight, Ithen went o the aircraft and tried to persuade to gel down from the fight as the aircraft was to proceed to GOA and cleaning and catering had to be done. This passenger was Ravindra Gaikwad, -supposed to be an MP from Lok Sabha and a Shiv Sainik and asked me as to who Iwas and | old him that | am ‘a Duty Manager and in charge of the fight and we had to send the fight to GOA and approximately 115 passengers were waiting to board the aircraft but he wanted the top management inside the aircraft, and I told him that it was not possible and we are the one ‘who have to dispatch the fight on time... On saying this he became very abusive and used foul language and abused me with al bad words and adjectives in Hindi. When / spoke fo him in English,he told me to speak to him in Hinjdi and when | started speaking 1 him in Hindi, he used foul language and bad words against me and he started beating me and took out his slipper and stared hitting me and the staff who were present tried to save me and he also tried to throw me out rom the step-ladder but the staf! prevents mhim from doing so. I walked down from the fight and stood near the step-ladder, In meantime Mr. Sandeep. Roychoudhry. Sr. AGM and Mr. Parashar ftom Air India came: 1d they were inside the aircraft for 1S minutes and then ! saw Mr. Roychoudhry and Mr. Parashar sssenger Gaikwad and whisked him away in an Air India Vehicle.
