HOI III units instructions:

To use HOI units in Ultimate you must have Hearts of Iron 3installed on your com
puter. Go to its directory (Hearts of Iron III/gfx/anims). Keep that window open
and open another one and go to Ultimate's directory (Victoria II/mod/Ultimate/g
fx/anims).
Now copy/paste the following Hearts of Iron files into the Ultimate's 'anims' fo
lder:
