IhavehadthepleasureofworkingwithAlexandraOutcaultasmystudentteacherforthe
past6months.Shestartedtheschoolyearwithusandhasbeenatremendousassetto
ourclassroom,aswellasourschool.

Alexandrahasgoneaboveandbeyondwhatwasaskedofherasastudentteacher.She
hastakeninitiativetoparticipatefullyintheclassroomandusedhertimewiselylearning
inahandsonway.Alexandrahasdevelopedawonderfulrapportwiththestudents,
parents,andstaffofourschool.

Alexandrahasbeendevelopingherskillsasateacher.Shebeganasastudentteacher
withonly3lessonstoteach.However,shehasfarexceededwhatwasaskedofher,
takingovermorningmeetingandeventually3lessonsaday.Shehasbeeneagertoplan
activitiestoenhancelearning,aswellasforourscienceexposition.Alexandrahasalso
beenadmiredbytheotherstaffandhasbecomearespectedemergencysubstituteinall
gradesatourschool.Sheembracesanyopportunitytogrowandlearnasaneducator.

Alexandrahasatalentforconnectingwithherstudents.Shealsoexcelsinteaching
simpleconcepts,aswellasdevelopingadeeperlevelofthinkinginherstudents.

IhighlyrecommendAlexandraforateachingposition.Shehasawonderfulpositive
attitudeandwouldbeatremendousassettoanyschoolteam.IrecommendAlexandra
