Functions / Activities:

Manage, configuration and provisioning of Broadsoft CUAD services mainly for Telmex and other
enterprises. Develop, testing and creating regulations regarding new hardware involved in the
CUAD Telmex platform such as gateways, IP Phones, PBX, conference devices etc from different
brands as Cisco, Polycom, Samsung, Teldat, Grandstream, Tely, Huawei etc. Design the
requirements of new devices and services for companies that require integration with VoIP
Telephony (Broadsoft). Administration and management of new projects dealing and working with
suppliers involved in the CUAD, Combo-CUAD, and Cloud PBX solutions.
