    Q.No.1.What is the reason for the discontinuation of Scholarship (ISHAN UDAY special Scholarship for
    the North East Reason) for the year 2016-17.

    Q.No.2. What is the reason that when I open the Scholarship Tracking Portal. It is showing No Record
    Found.

    Q.No.3. what is the Process so that the scholarship can be continue.

    Q.No.4 When I visited nearest UGC Designated Branch Canara Bank Patiala the concern officer said
    that they are unable to upload the Renewal form & continuation Certificate because the Scholarship is
    Closed. What steps are needed to get the scholarship
