(The throttle has been adjusted to close position and tighten the lock nut when installed. And now take off the cotter pin, loosen the nut and turn the handle again in counter-clockwise). The descending speed of the dumper is determined the throttle opening and other working condition. The operator should go down during the descending and at same time, the operator should go out from the beneath of the dumper when turned the handle. Close the throttle according the opposite procedures after the dumper is down in its position fully. ‘The Dumper Mid stop Operation In the course of the ascending or descending of the dumper, if it is necessary to stop at some angle, it is easy to turn the lifting switch to the mid stop position. Don’t cut the power of the power take-off if the mid stop is for short time. The power of the power take-off must be cut and stop the oil pump working if the mid stop is for long time. Note: 1. Strictly prohibit operating lifting on the uneven ground. 2. When unloading the conglutination goods, the lifting speed of the dumper should be controlled and When the dumper is been lifting to more half (about 40 degree), you should make a so stop the lifting of the dumper that goods would be poured out easily and the front axle would be not jumped. 3. Turn all switches off after shut off the engine, main supply power switch especially. Driving on Slope i When descending a slope, be sure to keep the truck speed within a safe, controllable range by utilizing the engine brake and foot brake. 2. ‘When downshifting, as well as when descending a slope, use care not to allow the engine to exceed Max. speed. 35 Before descending a steep slope or a long gentle slope, apply the brakes and make sure that the brake system functions normally. 4. When driving on a downgrade or shifting into a lower gear, make sure of the truck speed by checking the speedometer. Be careful not to drive over the speed limit for each gear. 53 @ Maintenance and Adjustment Maintenance and Adjustment The maintenance of a truck must be conducted periodically and carefully to assure the safe and pleasant driving as well as to extend the service life of the truck. We introduce the brief methods of maintenance and adjustment in common use in this manual.
