Make excel sheet to calculate the difference between two dates. Input is start
date and end date. Output is the number of years, months, weeks, days, hours,
minutes and seconds between these two dates. You can assume that the start
time is 00:00:00 at start date and end time is 24:00:00 at end date.

Present a given number x with k significant figures. Input is a number x to
be presented with k significant figure and k is a number of significant figures.
