It is of great pleasure to write this letter recommending Haven Straughter in her desire to
continue higher education.

I have known Haven since August of 2014 and I have been impressed in her dedication and
persistence in staying focused in her studies. Haven was in my Integrated Math 3 and was an
amazing teachers assistant as well.

Haven is an outgoing student that has the drive to work hard in order to have a bright future
ahead. I have been able to see her determination in staying focused in school and being able to
seek for help whenever she needs it. Haven is passionate, hardworking, and responsible to what
she does. Haven has managed to obtained a 3.5 GPA, has had the ability to be part of different
clubs, and be part of the cheerleading team her sophomore year.

Haven has the passion to succeed in anything she sets her mind and has the ability to overcome
any obstacle that comes her way. Haven portrays hardworking skills and has perseverance in
everything she does. Her goal is to attend college and obtain a Bachelors degree in Mathematics
and pursue a career as Mathematics high school teacher.

Haven is a valuable asset and I recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
