Execute T-code SPAD

Press on display of output devices

Here you will see list of all printers to create new printer click on change or press F8
 Click on create to create new printer.
 In Device Attributes tab Fill the required fields.
In output device assign the desired name of printer.
In short name assign the desired short name of printer.
In device type mostly (SWIN) or (SAPWIN) will work.
 Go to access method tab.
In host pool access method select (printing on front end computer)
In host printer type (__default) to print on clients default printer.
 If print is going through spooler queue process execute T-code SP02 to see the list of spool requests.
Select the required file and print.
 To setup print directly Execute SU01 edit the required user and select output immediately in defaults tab.

After clicking print the print screen list will appear you can select direct printing from here as well.
