AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL
I, SHIRLEY AMASEC ILAGAN, 31 years old, Filipino, single and
with present address at 119 NAWASA Road, Veterans Village, Brgy.
Pasong Tamo, Quezon City after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law hereby depose and say:

1. That herein affiant is presently a resident of the abovestated

address;

2. That herein affiant has never been indicted for any offense in
any court, tribunal or any agency of the Philippine
Government exercising judicial function;

3. That there is a CIVIL case filed at Regional Trial Court

Branch 216 of Quezon City with Civil Case No. 08-62025
for UNLAWFUL DETAINER, bearing the name SHIRLY S.
ILAGAN which is similar (though with different spelling as to
the name and middle initial), as to herein Affiant;

4. That herein Affiant is not the same person/defendant in the

above-mentioned court and in the Civil Case Number
mentioned above; attached is a copy of her Postal Identity
Card issued by the Philippine Postal Administration;

5. That the purpose of the execution of this affidavit is to affirm

and confirm the facts alleged herein and for any legal
purpose it may serve.
