GOLD RUSH
You need to help the fellows on the show Gold Rush.
They are losing gold through their slew and can't figure out
why. They call Mr. Drosopoulos' class because they know
we can get the job done and maximize their gold outcome.
Doing this job, we get 5% of their gold profits.
So far, they have a 30 ft slew. From the top of the slew
(where it is connected to the machine) to the base of the
machine is 26 ft. We don't know what the angle of
elevation is, but we know in order to get the riffles to catch
the gold efficiently, the angle of elevation has to be at 33°.
In order to set the slew at an angle of 33° (we don't have
any way to measure the angle), how much do we have to
raise or lower the slew from its previous position?
