learner meaning I learn better when I am working with my hands and being able to make use of
small-motor skills. I have a preference of learning new and difficult information by doing
activities that make use of my large motor skills, rather than sitting and listening or reading. I
would much rather my learning experiences be through communication with others, and talking
things out. I have a preference for learning new material when you can express myself to others
or aloud to myself. Talking things through helps me understand and process things better than
My Learning Strategies:
I plan on using my hands on learning strength to write down everything to remember and learn
what I need to. I will take notes as my teachers are talking that way I am keeping my hands
active while I am learning. I will take in learning new material by asking questions that I dont
understand rather than sitting and listening to everyone talk. I will ask my peers what their
thoughts are on our assignments so I am able to learn a different perspective on things. I will
study in a small group so I know that I am understanding the material. I will quiz other peers on
things about the topic we are discussing in class so I am able to help them understand it while I
