The following are some key points to remember before reporting at our H.O.

1. All GTEs & DTs (Electrical) Department need to reach at Butiburi Workshop , Nagpur on 3rd July, 2016.

2. You need to carry Xerox copies of all supporting documents related to your educational qualification and mark
sheets and other testimonials (self-attested) with you.

3. You have to sign on the offer letter with date and signature as a token of your acceptance and revert the
scanned copy of it to us at the earliest.

4. You also need to send the scanned copy of your ticket booking as a token of confirmation regarding your
joining for arrangement of accommodation purpose.

5. You will be provided the accommodation facility by us from 3rd July,2016 onwards till your completion of
training program at Butiburi Workshop, Nagpur . Transportation facility will also be provided by company.

6. Three-tier AC train fare will be reimbursed after submission of original ticket regardless whatever the mode of
travelling by the GTEs & DTs as the part of company policy.

7. Your reporting at our Butiburi Workshop, Nagpur will be on 4th July, 2016 at 9.00 am in the morning.

8. You need to undergo medical tests as per the medical checklist attached by us for your ready reference. It is
advisable to you to send the scanned copies of all the medical reports to this mail for fastening up the on-boarding
process .

9. There will be a 3- day training program conducted at our Butiburi Workshop, Nagpur.

10. On 7th July 2016, you need to travel to your respective reporting site as mentioned in your offer letter. You need
to book ticket from Butiburi Workshop to your respective reporting Project sites nearest railway station.
