Mrs. Parker has been employed at Crestmont since the onset of her teaching career, three years ago, Mrs. Parker ha taught fifth grade language arts/reading/social studies for the past three years, Mrs. Parker has an impeccable work ethic. She rarely misses a day of work. Mrs, Parker is always at work on time and is very dependable. In addition, her classroom management is superb. We are a Leader in Me School and as such she works to foster an environment of leadership in her classroom. She has a great rapport with her students and communicates with their parents effectively. In addition, Mrs. Parker is an active participant in our school Professional Learning Community. She takes the practices that she has learned and turns them around in her classroom. Mrs. Parker's lessons. entail best practices for all students. In observing in Mrs. Parker’s classroom, the students are always engaged. Mrs. Parker works to ensure that all of our students are developing to their highest potential. She works to custom tailor intervention plans so that those students who are struggling, have the opportunity to become grade level proficient.
