completed her four year of high school at El Capitan High School maintaining an above average grade
point average.

It is my observation that Ms. Burchard always conducts herself in a professional manner,

performing her duties with the utmost efficiency and ability. She demonstrates a great deal of natural
ability. She is innovative and dynamic in a group setting, infusing motivation and natural leadership in
every goal she sets. She is well organized and always demonstrates mastery of every task presented to
her. She is popular with fellow students because she provides positive encouragement, listens to her
fellow students and helps them in any capacity. She gives herself without reservation, unselfishly, for the
good of her fellow students.

Ms. Burchards strengths in and out of the classroom includes her ability to maintain above
average grades in all academic areas, her ability to excel in several different activities, her vast
experiences throughout the world and her wide range of interests outside the school environment.

In closing, I consider Ms. Victoria Burchard a great candidate for any college or scholarship she
applies. I have been fortunate to know her for the last four years as well as have her as an AVID student
at El Capitan High School. She possesses the qualities necessary for success in any profession she
