VIII.EVALUATION
After completing the case study on gestational choriocarcinoma, the group
was able to define the disease as a malignant trophoblastic tumor arising from
any gestational event during pregnancy. Women with this condition often present
with abnormal vaginal bleeding and persistent markedly elevated BHCG.
Pathology occur after a long latency of years and happens after a growth of
tumor.

With our patient her condition is in late stage because the disease was
already spreads in the different distant area specifically in the brain and lungs.
The heart was also enlarged. Because of the accumulation of blood in the
occipital lobe, patient manifested blurring of vision.

Despite the fact of losing the life of the patient, the group encourage the
support persons to stay strong and lend everything to God.
