1. The Hotel will not accept liability for any damage or loss to your merchandise at our premises during the event or
after the function.
2. All the requirements of the Banquet function, including menu, seating arrangement, floral arrangement and
requirement of audio/visual equipments must be finalized at least 7 working days prior to the function.
3. Food and beverage items provided by the hotel are to be consumed on the premises only. No leftover food or
beverages will be removed from the premises for outside consumption, irrespective of the number of persons
actually attending the banquet function.
4. Hard drinks not allowed in hotel premises. Its subject of one day liquor license approval from excise dept.
5. D J /Orchestra/Sound System will be stopped at 22.30 hrs, as per government norms.
6. In-case of increase of number of pax beyond guaranteed number. Hotel reserved the right to served/refused
alternate item for not available dishes and no claim to be made in such kind of situation.
