I am writing this letter on behalf of Miss Alexis Baez and it is a pleasure and privilege to do so.
I became acquainted with Alexis this year, as she is a student in my English class. She is highly
motivated, organized and very responsible. She works hard to maintain her GPA of 3.7 and she
rarely misses a day of school.

Alexis has a warm and genuine personality and has been able to communicate and work well
with others. She demonstrates her competence, energy and commitment to others in every task
she undertakes. Along with her rigorous school schedule, she is involved in the Environmental
Science Academy Club. After high school, her goal is to what attend Merced Junior College and
receive her Associates Degree. She then wants to transfer to UC Berkeley and receive a degree
in Criminology.

Alexis is a bright young lady with so much to offer. I have no doubt she will be successful in her
future endeavors. I believe that Alexis should be at the top of any group of applicants. Please
