Powers of Congress

Project
By:Darnell Riley
My enumerated power is 7 :

To establish Post Offices and post Roads.

This power means Congress has the power to establish:

To establish Post Offices

and post Roads!!
ONE example of where Congress has used this power in history:

William Penn established Pennsylvania's first post office in 1683.

In the South, private messengers, usually slaves, connected the
huge plantations; a hogshead of tobacco was the penalty for failing
to relay mail to the next plantation.
Do you believe that Congress is using this power well or are they abusing it?

In my opinion I believe congress is using this power pretty good because

if they wasn't then every city wouldnt have 1-3, and there would be a lot
of issues , and chaos with getting and receiving important mail.
