The reason why lam here in San Francisco is because of the Agreement-In-Principle in the Ninth Cireuit Court. It has been brought to my stention that my name is on the Agreement-In-Pmeiple without my consent. It says I like this Agreement-In-Principle, but this is not true. I'am on the Mediation team. I was not informed about this last Mediation meeting until it was a couple of days away, and it was by the Sovereign Dineh Nation that I was informed. 1 was never informed of this meeting by the Navajo Nation, Hopi tribe or the U.S. government. They gave me no notice or opportunity to attend. So whoever is going around telling you that the peopie have been notified. This is an outright lie! These Mediation team members that sit at the table and discuss things, do not include the People that are resisting this awful law. Who really realized what is going on is President Albert Hale's daughter. She noticed the signatures on documents submitted were not close to what Katherine has signed. So somebody in that group has forged my name and the name of Mae Tso. And this 15 what caused the Mediation process to go this far without our consent. Iam here because we, my people are suffering from the decisions of what the Mediation process has caused to the people. This is why I am here. And our children, the younger generations. they are just going to get thrown away. They have no land. no where to go. Most of them are not eligible for Relocation. They are being denied That is the second reason, We have many grandchildren, they are not included. They are just throw away That's why I am filing this document while I am still alive. I hereby demand that due to this you STOP the Mediation process right now. What | see and understand is that the land and our water rights were stolen, swindled from us because the younger generation were excluded from the whole deal We are supposed to be meeting. The Mediator knows the Hopi tribe walked out on one of their meetings back in August. Since then they have not come back to the Mediation meetings, The documents being submitted to Ninth Circuit is without the knowledge and consent of the people, Theu are doing this behind the hills, They are stating that the whole process 1s okay with the representatives in the Mediation process and the people. What my people have been saying on the First Amendmenet Religious suit is nothing close to what it was in the beginning. To my knowledge what | see in this is that the Hop1 tribe has run out on the Mediation meetings. Due to that I think that we have won the case. But it tumed out that the Court is favoring the Hopi tribe. Since Hopi Partition Land (HPL) boundanes have been drawn, we have not been informed about some of the meetings that have been kept secret, hosting it in far-away places, not notifying us until the last minute. The lines were drawn up without our presence, due to that we are suffenng. Our livelihood is at stake, The Hopi tbe has been stealing our livestock, intefernng with our mental capabilities, causing us great pain and suffering for the past ‘twenty years. Today we have our Religion. those of us that are on the land. There was a ceremony and the Hopi tribe asked for permits to use the sacred cottonwood tree. These are just some of the reasons why I don't like the Accommodation Agreement. We have witnesses from all over that were told to pay fines during that ceremony. That's the reason why I want those papers, documents. I hereby request my unalienable Constitutional rights, the same rights every U.S. citizen 1s entitled to.
