We would like to inform you some news about the project. Please,
read it very carefully and let me know if you have any question.

This is the whole money you can use for the exchange program as
travel costs. If the travel costs take more money, we cannot give
you more, you have to use your own.

To be refunded you need to provide us with all receipts of travel

expenses (travel agency receipts, tickets, boarding passes).

Please keep in mind that we can not refund expenses if we do

not receive the required documentation since we would not be
repaid by the NA. Please, inform me before you book the tickets.

HOW TO REACH KKED

If you can tell us the exact date when you arrive to Budapest, we can help
you to
plan your travel to Kked.

The best option from Budapest to Kked, if you take train at Budapest
train station to Hidasnmeti station. We will pick up you at Hidasnmeti
train station.

Ways of pay off if you arrive by car/minivan:

You need to bring an invoice and the tickets of every person.

You need to bring the copies of the vehicle registration certificate and the
driving license of the driver. We will count the real cost of your trip
together according to the Hungarian legislation.

THE TOPIC OF EXCHANGE

Developing the situation of youths in the labor market is a very up to date

topic in Europe. We are processing this topic through presentations, creativ
workshops, situation games.

6-6 representatives (5-5 youth and 1-1 leader, altogether 30) from 5
countries (hungarian, spanish, bulgarian, romanian, italian) visit the
exchange in Kked to helps them to integrate into the field of work. Thus
they could find answers in a colorful cultural atmosphere by non formal
learning tools, how can they available in front of the employers while they
can get new experiences from each other and they can reorganize their
experiences in new structure.

The base of our project to get to know more about the anti-integration of
young people in the labor market factors, search for solutions and answers
in a non-formal learning with the help of common thinking.
We will have time to talking about their future and learn to create an own
carrier plan.
The youngsters will create a video which can be motivate to them before
they step in to the labor market. In these videos they will process the
informations what they got during the program and they have to
presentate it on their own way (theater acting, interview, puppet-show).

A common feature the most of the methods that based on the activity of
the participants, and provide an opportunity to thinking about this topic
and develop their skills and competencies and also a good opportunity to
process the experiences.

The common programs allow the solidarity among the nationalities and
make unobserved the commitment for Europe without borders.
Furthermore, this project helps to working in teams and the importance of
the conscious lifestyle.

INFO ABOUT THE VENUE

The Guesthouse is in Kked, which is a small village in Borsod-Abaj-

Zemln county near the Slovakian boarder. The Guesthouse is a great
place for youth programs, nobody will bother us, the whole house will be
ours. In the neighbour there is an other house what we can also use.
On the bigger houses groundfloor you can find bathrooms, diningrooms
and the kitchen. On the first floor there are the bedrooms. In the
guesthouse have bathroom for the girls and for the boys too. In the project
place have a kitchen, dining room, outdoor areas, fireplace and have wifi.
In May the weather is warm but the nights are cold. This is in the mountain
near the forest. We will buy the food and everything else you need during
the exchange. We will check your needs every day, but if you want to buy
anything for your own account, you can take it in your free time, because
there are small store in the village. We are planning outdoor cooking and
grilling events at afternoon.

RULES ABOUT ALCOHOL AND SAFETY
The use of drugs is forbidden during the exchange. Drinking alcohol is forbidden
during the daily programs.
We will introduce the safety rules of the place when participants arrive. Please
observe the rules.

INFO ABOUT HUNGARY

- A few people speak in English in Hungary. Younger generation use English
more.
- You should take care of your values in busy areas and during travel. You
should not leave them without control.
- Please, change some Forints at home or in Budapest because in Kked you
can not find exchange office and you can not pay by creditcard (1 =~310 HUF).

FACEBOOK
We will make a facebook group called for the project. Please put your
group member into this, because we would like to be this group lively and
active.

IN THE ATTACHEMENT

List of participants:
Please fill the attached documents and send back in e-mail. It is important
because you can help our work in this way. Please send the final
participant list until 15 of April.

We need to know:
- is somebody has a special diet (vegetarian, etc...) or food allergy (gluten,
lactose, etc...)?

- should we need to prepare with any medicine or special treatment?
- any special needs?
