7. To keep under continuous review the rates, fees and other charges of the
Institute and the procedures/practices for budgeting and cost and
management control.
8. To maintain a suitable modern accounting system and to ensure an
efficient organisation and management of the Finance and Stores
Division.
9. To be responsible for the preparation of the annual statement of
accounts in accordance with statutory requirements and with the
Institutes policy.
10. To ensure that accounts and financial statements are prepared on a
monthly basis.
11. To ensure that various reconciliations required are performed by the
finance cluster.
12. To oversee the proper management of the treasury activities and
functions.
13. To contribute in any working group or committee mandated to carry
out any study or examine any issue relevant to the workings of the
Institute.
14. To ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
15. To use ICT in the performance of his duties.
16. To perform such other duties related to the main duties listed above or
related to the delivery of the output and result expected from the
Finance Executive in the roles ascribed to him.
