Plan
Our methods will help your company maintain the right balance between clinically
clean and environs-conscientious. Because we care immensely about your
satisfaction, the following accommodations will meet your requirements as well as
demonstrate some of the extra services that we offer:

1) Trash cans emptied, new biodegradable liners replaced, and the interior of the cans

wiped down with a non-toxic, SkyMountain solution

2) Floors vacuumed using HEPA filter vacuums and mopped using our specialty

product containing tea tree and lavender oil

3) Windows, window sills, and blinds cleaned as needed
4) Essential oil diffusers and filters installed, recharged, and refilled
5) Baseboards, doors, and door handles wiped clean and polished

Quarterly deep cleaning includes (but is not limited to):

Furniture hand-vacuumed and wiped down

Ceiling fans dusted and sanitized
Vents dusted and filters replaced
Light fixtures dusted and cleaned
Stair railings and wooden surfaces dusted and polished

Mop solution dispenser

Spray bottles and reusable cleaning cloths
Biodegradable trash can liners (made from recycled material)
Vacuums installed with washable HEPA filters, bag-less dust chambers, and
rechargeable batteries

to offer you only the most affordable rates. You enjoy the freedom of
signing an adjustable monthly or weekly contract. To show our
appreciation for being considered, we will apply a 10% Customer
Appreciation discount to your first month of service. The following
prices apply per Monday-Friday schedule:

Schedule
For the once a day option, we can have crews come in the
morning from 3:00-6:00 a.m. or in the evening from 8:00-11:00 p.m.
For the twice a day option, you may choose from either the morning
schedule, 4:00-6:00 a.m. and 8:00-9:00 p.m., or the evening schedule,
5:00-6:00 a.m. and 8:00-10:00 p.m.
