Dear Dr. Larry Correia,

I would like to thank you for your time and our enlightening conversation on your program at
Big U during last weeks career fair. As your program and its students have now caught the
attention of SkyMountain, I had a few questions Im hoping youll be able to answer.
SkyMountain is branching out and looking to create an internship program with students from
local colleges, and Big U is now at the top of our sights. As it would be an unpaid internship, we
would focus on training and solidifying within the interns hard and soft-skills valuable in any
workplace they will come across. Depending on the performance of the students who would
intern at SkyMountain, we are also including the opportunity to permanently join SkyMountain
as a full-time employee at the end of their internship.
To make sure we go through the proper channels, I seek your advice and knowledge.
What is the required length of time legally allowed for Big U students to intern?
How many students at one time may intern at one specific company?
Who is in charge of the paperwork needed to be signed to create and start an unpaid
intership up at SkyMountain?
Is there any other advice you know to give?
