An acetate buffer solution with a pH of approximately 5.00 was prepared from a solution that has an initial
ph of 0.5 that is made by mixing 220 mL of distillewerewrwerwerwerewrd water with a 7.16 mL acetic
acid. For the electroetretetrewt vrfgfgfmetric determination, a pH meter was used to determine the pH of
the buffer solution and the chosen sample. Addition of NaOH and HCl was done to adjust the pH of the
buffer solution towards the desired pH. On the other hand, acid-base indicatorwerwerewrwerwes were
used for the colorimetric determination of pH of both the buffer and the chosen sample. The change of
color of the solutions was observed. It was later on found out that using a pH meter is a more accurate
way of determining a pH of a solution rather than an indicator.
