Dear Beth, Brian & Team,

Please accept this letter of reference in favor of Anna Zibro, who is applying to become a member of your New
Student Orientation staff this summer. Anna recently spoke with me about the opportunity of becoming an
Orientation Leader, and I recommend Anna without reservation or hesitation.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Anna since fall 2016. Anna immediately showed interest in getting involved as
a freshman, specifically volunteering countless hours of her time during the Office of Admissions Bison-4-A-
Night overnight programs for prospective students. Anna has hosted at least three times for us this school year
alone, the most of any of our hosts. In this role, Anna is responsible for overseeing the well-being and safety of
our guest students, providing a warm and welcoming stay on campus, and demonstrating the benefits of choosing
our school. I can say with confidence that any guest who was paired with Anna left their overnight on an
extremely positive note. On several occasions I have seen Anna take the lead during these events. She is the first
to accommodate extra students if our host list is short-staffed, and will gladly take a handful of our guests to an
activity (such as breakfast when many hosts must leave for an 8:00 am class) herself, which truly exceeds her
expected duties. Anna is trustworthy, detail oriented, thoughtful, kind, and follows direction with ease. These are
all qualities I believe a Nichols College Orientation Leader must exhibit to provide our incoming students with a
feeling of belonging and excitement before attending school in the fall.

Most recently, Anna was chosen as a Student Ambassador for the 2017-2018 upcoming school year. Anna applied
for one of 12 positions, where over 40 students applied. It is clear that Anna stands out in a crowd, wears her
school or Bison pride on her sleeve, and is sure to make an impact during her time in college. I look forward to
watching Anna continue to become a valuable member of the student body.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly should you have any questions on Annas qualifications. I am happy
to discuss further if needed.

Sincerely,
