The AAE or, Association of American Educators, is the largest national, non-union, professional

educators' organization, advancing the profession by offering a modern approach to teacher

representation and educational advocacy, as well as promoting professionalism, collaboration
and excellence without a partisan agenda. I would be interested in joining this Organization
when Im able, because it would help me better myself as an educator. It would also help me
meet other teachers and learn from them as well as widen my acts of professionalism.

The NEA or, National Education Association is the largest labor union in the United States. It
represents public school teachers and other support personnel, faculty and staffers at colleges
and universities, retired educators, and college students preparing to become teachers. I would
be interested in joining this Organization as well because many other educators are involved in
this. It would also help me better my understandings as an educator and widen my teaching
abilities.
