There is an agent account you can use to test and validate connectivity.

If you navigate to https://portal.vacd.biz/agentui and log in using


username cdctest and password 1234 you should be able to get in.

From there you should see in the lower right side of the browser
Softphone (Connected):

If this is the case you can click Manual Outdial and place a manual
call to test the system. Once you do this it will present you an incoming
call to connect you to the system, and the browser will likely pop up and
ask for microphone access:
Once microphone access is granted and the inbound call is accepted it
will place the outbound call and you should be able to establish the
connection and verify that everything is working properly.
