I have been anticipating the opportunity to apply to this Nursing Residency Program and am hopeful to fit
into such a great organization.

My experience stems from working at Legacy and Vista Grande Villa as a Resident Aide, where I care for
residents and gained a plethora of experience. Through this experience I acquired medical knowledge, the
ability to lead and the fundamentals of teamwork. I am competent and confident with the education I have
attained to truly make a difference. In light of this, I am ready to finally begin my career as a registered
nurse.
