Days ago I had the opportunity to see on television an interview to an

invader, it's: Rubn Navarro, one of the occupiers of surrounding areas,

who dared to declare to the press and said that as a Peruvian citizen

entitled to invade private property, simply because it believes that it has

no owner or owner not is living there. Stressed that when they want a lot

of land, they are organized with other neighbors who prefer to be outside

the law. At the height of the scoundrel, he said that they invaded these

lands because they see them empty and need to be inhabited. The most

laughable was when he pointed out that both Pucallpa and other large

cities, have grown because of the invasions, which is absurd and

improbable.

Another of the jewels that said Navarro, was that thanks to the invasions

of lands, Pucallpa will grow more. But what caused the authorities was

that they expected them to support them in their claims of illegally

appropriating those lands.

For Navarro, see empty land, is a permission to invade it and worse still,

believes that it is doing a disservice to the city and the people with that

attitude, should desist from these criminal acts; because they stop the

real development.
 Listen to these statements was very surprising, with which I do not agree

at all, since they use force before the dialogue. And still they complain of

mistreatment on the part of the police, when this are people who commit

crimes and undermine the rights of others.

Hace das tuve la oportunidad de ver en la televisin una entrevista a un invasor,

se trata de: Rubn Navarro, uno de los invasores de reas aledaas , quien se
atrevi a declarar a la prensa y seal que por ser un ciudadano peruano tiene
derecho a invadir la propiedad privada, simplemente porque cree que no tiene
propietario o su propietario no est viviendo ah.
Recalc que cuando desean un lote de terreno, se organizan con otros vecinos
que prefieren estar fuera de la ley. En el colmo de la sinvergenza, dijo que
invadieron esos terrenos porque los ven vacos y necesitan ser habitados.
Lo ms risible fue cuando precis que tanto Pucallpa como otras grandes
ciudades, han crecido por efecto de las invasiones, lo cual es absurdo e
inverosmil.
Otra de las joyas que dijo Navarro, fue que gracias a las invasiones de tierras,
Pucallpa crecer ms. Pero lo que provoc a las autoridades, fue que esperaban
que ellas les apoyen en sus pretensiones de apropiarse ilegalmente de esos
terrenos.

Para Navarro, ver un terreno vaco, es una permiso a que lo invadan y peor an,
cree que le est haciendo un favor a la ciudad y la gente con esa actitud, debera
desistir de estos actos delictivos; porque detienen el verdadero desarrollo.
Escuchar estas declaraciones fue muy sorprendente, con las que no estoy de
acuerdo en absoluto, ya que ellos utilizan la fuerza antes del dilogo. Y todava se
quejan de maltratos de parte de la Polica, cuando ello son las personas que
delinquen y atentan contra los derechos de los dems.
