Dear Respondents,

The Alejo M. Pacalso Memorial National High School with the implementation
of the K-12 Senior High School Program particularly one of the requirements in the
applied subject, Practical Research 1 is undergoing a research project that I have
chosen the experimental research. My research title is Hypo-Glycemic Effect of
Allium sativum (Garlic), Allium cepa (Onion), Honey, and Citrofortunella
microcarpa (Calamansi) Mixture wherein the study aims among other things
(a) to identify the effects of calamansi, onion, honey and garlic mixture in regulating
blood sugar. (b) To find out if garlic, honey, onion, and calamansi mixture as potent
and effective as METFORMIN tablet in regulating blood sugar.

The experiment covers two major areas; namely, (1) observation of the
effects of the mixture as a blood sugar regulator, and (2) follow-up study of the
respondent after taking the mixture every day. The experimental observation was
design to come up with new experiment and new findings of the usage of the
solution to a particular illness of the patients condition.

I promised to assure the security of the person/s who is/are willing to share
and contribute information regarding with my research and promised not to reveal
the identity of the institution in only way as the study will only deal with the result.

No total in-depths study in experimental observation that has so far been

completed. It is my experience that the reason for this study will be performed well.
