I'm confident that I would bring many unique qualities to your company and
provide many opportunities for improvement. You can confirm with my
references that I improved success at my last place of employment, and I

I have been totally focused on finishing college and receiving my bachelor's
degree.

Being a team player, I share my objective and work with the team and do
my best.

I have not such big concerns about this job I m doing best and I trust my self
I will do much better in near future also.

I'm always looking for new opportunities whenever they present themselves
so that I can take advantage of the things I could learn to better myself.

you do differently?
wish I had taken advantage of some of the classes and conferences the
company offered to pay for. At the time I wanted to keep my focus on the
work, but I feel like I missed out on several potential learning opportunities.
7. What are your most significant accomplishments?
"I have several notable accomplishments in my career. Probably the most
notable accomplishment was the paint line for S18 Motor. This was a 12-
month project and lead by me with a team of 8 members. What made it
notable for me was that my role from the milestone M0 to M4 taking the
lead on building from specification sheet of the project.
8. How do you handle sick days?
First I develop deploymnent person to take responsibility in absence of me,
technology has improved a lot. like internet, mobile makes you feel your are
always in home. its not a problem to overcome

It is similar like painting
10.If you were an animal, which one would you be?
If I could be any animal, it would be a dog. I always offer support to anyone
who needs it, and Im fiercely loyal.
11. What negative thing would your last boss say about you?
I sometimes feel nervous when speaking in front of large groups of people. I
am actually practicing my public speaking skills so I can become better at
addressing crowds. It did not come up often at my previous work, so I was
still able to do my job.

I came from manufacturing background with skill set in Production / quality
/ engineering and maintenance. I understand the needs / problems of
manufacturing sectors for proper functioning, I am better to be anticipate
and take steps to solve them.

16.How would you ultimately describe your work style?

I am a hard-worker, so I like to get in early and stay until I have all of my


goals for the day accomplished. I always make sure to do the high priority
projects first. Im a big believer in delegation, so I dont have a problem
working with a boss who just gives me the main objectives and lets me work
out the best way to reach those objectives. I also think that with delegation
comes collaboration because sometimes it takes a team to get a project
completed successfully. I also know the importance of communicating with
my boss and team members because then nothing will get done twice and
everything will get done.
17.What do you like to do?
Running marathons is a true passion of mine. Right now Im training for a
full marathon thats going to happen two months from now. Once thats
over, Im going to start training to be a better cyclist, so I can compete in
more triathlons.

Yes, my coloegue maxime polesello, who helped me to teach the way of
behaving and doing work with French people

I am proud to be the one of first member for installing and making this plant
in india.

My ideal company is one that offers creative solutions to important
problems. I would like to work for a company whose mission to provide
reliable, high-quality products aligns with my commitment to customer
service. I prefer to work in an environment with a strong emphasis on
teamwork, with supervisors and colleagues who value individuals unique
strengths and know how to work together to utilize everyones talents to
produce the best outcomes.

I am interested to take new challenges in my carrier, I am not too worry about
titles, anyway I am in management.

Of course I am willing to travel for the job. Travel in my previous jobs has allowed
me to go to special conferences and trainings that have expanded my knowledge.
Travel is required in many cases to network and complete job responsibilities, and
I always like to be an asset to the company for which I work.

I understand that challenges are part and parcel of the job requirement that I am
