FCSS and The University of Calgary invite you to participate in a
Community Conversation:

Topic of discussion:
What is it like to live in Cochrane, for persons with developmental
disabilities and their caregivers/support staff?

You may choose to participate in one of the following ways:


A group conversation (Jan 24, 2017 1:00-3:00pm),
A one-to-one conversation (30 min - phone),
An online questionnaire (15-20 min - email).
