Comments:
Good job overall, Les. TOC should be before the introduction page, but
Nonetheless, great TOC and related formatting and presentation as a
professional report.

Section I & II: Introduction and Assessment of mission, vision and value
statement are concise. Perhaps include more about where the company is
headed based on this information. Also, an important element in the
introduction is the purpose of this report, and it's contents and structure.

Sections III - VII: Good content and discussion of both external and internal
assessment, but are missing comparisons and implications or meanings of this
assessment in relation to competitors. Off balance sheet section is limited.
Discussion financial statement/cash flow assessment & trends is also limited
and without relation to competitors. Great job using graphics to support the
data. Perhaps more in-depth discussion and related insights.

Sections VIII - XI: Great section on CSR.
