Title of the study: Compensation system and Employee satisfaction of HDF Textiles.

Rationale of the study: For the fulfillment of MBA degree. As a developing country, the employees of
any business sector employees satisfaction are a growing issue. Attractive salary and compensation is of
great importance in their productivity. These issues are merely entertained in our business sector. As a
business student in near future when I will be engaged in business or job this study will help me to
implement the knowledge.

Profile of the organization:

Organization name: HDF Textiles

Organization is engaged in: Manufacturing and exporting garments item.

No of Employees & Workers: 1100 (+/-)

Clients: H & M, ZARA, TESCO, New Look and many more.

Statement of the problem: what are the common problems face by the employee of HDF Textile?

Scope of the study: For time constrain scope of the study will be limited by time, no of sample and
respondent.

Expectation of the study: After completing the study there will be some scope of recommendation for
the compensation system.

Objective of the study: What are the common problems faces by the employee and compensation system
in hdf textile ltd. for their employee satisfaction?

Methodology of the study: By collecting data from the employees using specific questionnaire and
statistical analysis.

Timeline: 03 months. (45 days for data collecting and 45 days for reporting)
