I believe that Pritima has good communication skills with her clients as she acknowledges the

importance of providing culturally sensitive care across all age group.

I believe that she can do a better job by working on her time management skills. Like she

manages the time well between the morning care and the medication administering time.

I observed Pritima providing care to one of her patients with hip dislocation, I can say that she

understands the importance of safety while providing care to patients with the above-mentioned

diagnosis. She is now also comfortable with subcutaneous and intramuscular injections and is

also able to give insulin with no hesitation.
