Eric Sussman Managing Partner
Mr. Sussman is an award-winning faculty member at UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management where he
has been voted Teacher of the Year 13 times. Mr. Sussman has lectured in real estate investment and finance, financial
accounting, corporate financial reporting, cost accounting, and financial statement analysis since 1995. Mr. Sussman
has sponsored over 40 real estate investment entities. He received his B.A. in Business-Economics from UCLA in 1987
(summa cum laude), and an MBA, with honors, from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business in 1993.

Bruce Bartlett Managing Partner

Mr. Bartlett is a Managing Partner and has been invested in residential real estate since 1997. He managed the
profitable renovation of both multi-family and single-family properties in Pacific Value Opportunities Funds I and II.
Mr. Bartlett has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal and on Fox Business. He also
speaks at national conferences regarding profitable ways to reposition flip single family homes. Mr. Bartlett holds a BA
from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Business-Economics and Political Science where he was a member
of the Senior Honors Seminar in Economics, and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Pacific Manager LLC is an single family management entity wholly owned by Mr. Sussman and Mr. Bartlett.
