Emily has been working in my 5" grade classroom for the past two semesters and has always continued to impress me. Emily is a very dedicated young teacher who is willing to tackle any project that | may give to her. Her enthusiasm is evident as she works with the class. Emily has excellent verbal and written skills and has been ready to speak with parents as well as other members of our staff. She has participated in our Professional Learning Community and has even taken part in our Site Council meetings. Our 5" grade team rotates the students in blocks and Emily has stepped up to the challenge of working with all 60 students. Her organizational skills have allowed her to create lessons that meet the needs of our entire fifth grade, This ability to establish a culture of learning is very impressive. Because the focus in my classroom is centered on STEM, Emily has been able to create lessons that are engaging, while also meeting our district and state standards.
