AFFIDAVIT OGF UNDERTAKING

I, Janus Rodini R. Delgado, of legal age, married and a resident at Brgy.

Babag II Lapu-lapu City, after having sworn to oath under law, hereby depose
and state:

1. I am the son of Nancy R. Delgado, years of age, Filipino, widow and

with postal address at Arellano St., Palompon, Leyte, Philippines.

2. My mother has an application for loan with Rural Bank of Dulag,

Ormoc City branch using as collateral 2-storey residential lot which
is under her name. The lot is dominated as Lot. No. and covered by
Original Certificate of Title No. ; it is situated in Arellano St.,
Palompon, Leyte with an area 292 sq. meters, more or less.

3. My mothers loan with Rural Bank of Dulag , Ormoc City Branch is

pending by reason of his age and considering the management of
the bank determined thsat my mother has no capacity to pay for
the said loan.

4. I hereby declare under oath that I am willing to pay and/or assume

whatever obligations my mother may have with the said bank and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.

5. I further sayeth naught.
