It is with great pleasure that I am writing this recommendation for Olivia Harris.

During the summer of 2014 Ms. Harris was a one on one aide in my L?:!:I Special Education
classroom. Ms. Harris was responsible for assisting a student in their daily activities as well as
providing academic support. The demands of the job were never too difficult for Ms. Harris. She
executed daily tasks with confidence and ease. She built a great rapport with the student she
was working with as well as taking the initiative to build a rapport with the other students in
the classroom. Ms. Harris was eaBer to complete any task given to her; she often offered to
help other students in the classroom without being asked to do so. Ms. Harris always presented
herself in a professional manner and was an asset to the classroom.

Aside from the daily responsibilities that came with her job Ms. Harris worked collaboratively
with the other aides in the classroom as well as myself. Ms. Harris showed a strength in
professional relationships.

Ms. Harris's experience in my classroom prepared her for the demands of a Special Education
classroom, and she surpassed expectations daily. I am confident that Ms. Harris would be an
excellent candidate for your education program she is seeking acceptance to.
