Tell the students that God knows the location of every particle of
matter in the universe .no matter where it will be.
Show the solid images in the PowerPoint.
Show the short video from Coo5 particles solid liquid gas.
Tell the students that the particles in the solid have the following
characteristics;
They are close together
They are arranged in a regular pattern
They are held together by strong forces called bonds
They can vibrate in a fixed position
They cannot move from place to place.

25min Developing the Lesson

The bonds in a liquid are strong enough to keep the particles close
together, but weak enough to let them move around each other.
Show the chart of the properties of liquids and explain why they are
like that.
Tell the students that the particles in a gas are;
far apart
arranged in a random way

and can move quickly in all directions.

There are no bonds between the particles in a gas, so they are free to
move in any direction.
Distribute the worksheet.
