I am Using Photoshop since Im used to it a bit more.

softwares are catching up to photoshop need to rethink there business.
Building
1.Too the Border and Ripple
2. Duplicated a Window
3. Change Color Ranges
4.Added a Gradient 46% opacity Difference
5.Emboss
So I used photoshop
The first thing I did was get two different pictures.
I put a layer Mask on me and my brother
After that I had to Blur a couple of times
Then Made two new layers for each Lightsaber
For each like saber I made them a screen overlay
Also adding in a outer and inner glow which gives them that glowing effect.
