Sales Representative commencing November 7, 2016.

You will be paid semi-monthly based on a yearly salary of $30,000. Your first ninety (90) days of
employment with Corporate Bail Out, LLC are considered introductory. You will be eligible for
benefits at the completion of your introductory period as described in the Corporate Bail Out, LLC
Employee Handbook.

If you choose to accept this offer please understand your employment is at-will, voluntarily entered
into and is for no specific period. As a result you are free to resign at any time, for any reason or for
no reason. Similarly, Corporate Bail Out, LLC is free to conclude its at-will employment
relationship with you at any time, with or without cause.
