To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Yolande Daley. I have worked
closely with Yolande for the past 13 years at Janus Academy Society, a school
for children and youth with autism. Yolande has worked in a variety of
classrooms and with students from the ages of 5-18. All of the students with
whom she has worked with had significant language delays, social skill
deficits and behavioral needs.

Yolande responsibilities include creating a comprehensive ABA/Verbal

Behavior theory based training program with hands on practical application
for all staff members. She also provides behavior consultation and support
within her classroom, develops individualized program plans, tracks students
progress, leads student workshops, and hosts parent workshops, just to name
a few. In addition, she has also taken on numerous annual initiatives such as,
winter concert performance, and fundraising events for the school.

From the moment I met Yolande, I was inspired by her. Her passion,
commitment, and dedication were evident in everything that she did. She
has a natural ability to create meaningful relationships with her students and
staff and is able to create teaching opportunities whenever possible. To watch
her with her students is truly a privilege and motivates us all to become
better teachers. Not only is she an excellent instructor, but she is also an
inspiring leader. She is a role model, not only to the staff that she trains but
to her colleagues as well. We are extremely fortunate to have the
opportunity to work with her all these years.

Yolande is very conscientious about her work with all of the students and is
dedicated to creating a caring and positive learning environment for both the
students and her co-workers. She is always enthusiastic and patient and
contributes immensely to her classroom through her excellent teaching and
problem solving skills. Yolande is an inspiring leader, and someone I am
fortunate to work with.

I wish Yolande every success and it is with much enthusiasm that I provide
this letter of reference for her in support of her academic and professional
endeavors.
