As students have their own reflection of education-related stuffs, it is also an important
concept that teachers should be focusing in. Developing a reflective skill allows them to
critically examine one thing, or enables them to describe and think about what they can do in the
classroom, enhancing students learning. Also, the most important benefit of reflection as
teachers prepare to teach is that it enhances their learning about teaching. This results to a good
learning-classroom.
